Return Policy :

If you need to return an item please follow these instructions:

1. E-mail sales@collectiblescurrency.com to request a return.
2. We are offering a 30-day, 100% money-back return policy on orders under $800.00, returned in original condition.
3. Make sure your name, and address are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package, and please include a copy of your shipping invoice.

4. If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.

5. There are no returns, or refunds on orders of more than $800.00

6. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If there is an issue with any shipment sent by the Collectiblescurrency.com, including; damaged or defective merchandise, missing item(s), or incorrect order/shipping error, the Collectiblescurrency.com must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the package.
7. We do not accept international returns.

Refund Policy

1. We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.
2. We will issue a refund immediately when the returned package has been inspected and verified by our staff.
3. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
