The Papua New Guinean 2 Kina banknote from 1996 was issued by the Bank of Papua New Guinea. This note is portraited at 138 x 67 mm with a simple green color. The observer side featuring the Bird of Paradise on the Kuru Drums and a spear. On its reversed side are the images of Kula Arm Band, a tooth necklace, designed cloth, and a Sepik clay pot. This note featured a shadow watermark with a small logo of the bank inside. The actual notes may have different serial numbers and prefixes.
