World Paper Money:
- Orders Under $3000:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for orders of world paper money valued under $3000. You can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
- Orders Over $3000:
For orders of world paper money valued over $3000, we do not accept returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact our customer service team if you need any assistance prior to purchase.
U.S. Paper Money:
- Orders Under $10.000:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all orders of U.S. paper money valued under $10,000. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
- Orders Over $10.000:
Due to the high value and unique nature of these transactions, all sales of items valued at $10,000 or more are final. These items are not eligible for return or refund. We encourage buyers to contact us with any questions or concerns about high-value items before making a purchase.
Return Instructions:
- Initiate a Return:
Email us at sales@collectiblescurrency.com to request a return.
Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return:
Ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Include a copy of your shipping invoice.
Make sure your name and address are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package. If you are shipping from a mailing center, request that your address be featured instead of the mailing center’s address.
- Inspect Your Purchase:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
If there is an issue with any shipment sent by Collectiblescurrency.com, including damaged or defective merchandise, missing item(s), or incorrect order/shipping error, we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the package.
- Ship Your Return:
Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the items securely and affix the provided shipping label to the package. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.
Refund Policy:
- We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.
- We will issue a refund immediately when the returned package has been inspected and verified by our staff.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
