Return Policy:
If you need to return an item please follow these instructions:
- E-mail sales@collectiblescurrency.com to request a return.
- We are offering a 30-day, 100% money-back return policy on orders under $3000.00, returned in original condition.
- Make sure your name, and address are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package, and please include a copy of your shipping invoice.
- If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.
- There are no returns, or refunds on orders of more than $3000.00.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
- If there is an issue with any shipment sent by the Collectiblescurrency.com, including; damaged or defective merchandise, missing item(s), or incorrect order/shipping error, the Collectiblescurrency.com must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the package.
- We do not accept international returns.
Refund Policy:
- We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.
- We will issue a refund immediately when the returned package has been inspected and verified by our staff.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
