The Israeli 20 New Sheqalim is to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the State of Israeli. This green note was issued by the Bank of Israel in 2008 and its measurement is 138 x 71 mm. Its observed side features the portrait of Moshe Sharett in Hebrew letters of Mem and Shin, an illustration of the Israel flag at the UN building as a background, and the text speech by Sharett. On the opposite side, there is an illustration of the Jewish army during WWII, the lookout tower located in Kibbutz Moaz Haim, and another Sharett's text-speech. The portrait of Sharett is the watermark of this note.
